We launched Tweet Hunter at $9/month.
Seemed smart.
"More people can afford it!"
Every few months, we raised prices incrementally.
$9 → $19 → $29 → $39 → $49
Expected: angry customers, mass churning.
Reality: revenue exploded faster than churn.

Still no customers 2 months after launch, despite trying?
Realize that either no one wants it, or they do but you don't know how to find them / talk to them.
Which one is it really? How do you know?
And if you can't answer that either, you have to stop.

A major difference between founder & employee mindset is orientation to problems.
Employee mindset believes problems are bumper-to-bumper traffic. Out of your control & no way through until someone else fixes the problem.
Founder mindset believes problems are reroutes. Shit

What people think a $1M revenue business looks like:
200 clients × $5K = $1,000,000
What it actually looks like:
• 1 client paying $200K
• 1 client paying $150K
• 2 clients paying $100K each
• 3 clients paying $50K each
• Plus a bunch of smaller $5K-$10K clients
