This is a simple framework to send out emails with value.

This is slightly in jest, but overall the format is:

1.) "I made this thing for you..."
2.) "Here's how it'll help you..."
3.) "Here's how you get it..."

Basically create valuable things for people and tell them where to get it. Here's an example from SwipeFile:

1.) Hey we created a download bank of outlines, templates, and downloadable swipe files for you.

2.) Anytime you're stuck trying to think of ideas, pull these up and it'll stir up ideas instantaneously.
