What causes prosperity?

Way too many people have this false impression that poverty is something that's CAUSED, when in fact it's the root state of every animal and every human. 

If you look at a human tens of thousands of years ago born in a cave, they really just didn't have anything. That was poverty. 

It was constantly looking for your next meal. It was constantly not knowing if you're safe. 

A better mindset to have is "What causes prosperity?” How can you be valuable to society so that society gives you money?
