Employee titles are getting super cool as there's more and more space tech.

Check out this amazing professional title "Director of Battlespace Awareness." 😎

Wisdom:

Remember when everyone said the next big thing was prompt engineering?

Well, I always thought that was a good IDEA but not realistic in the real world:

remember-when-everyone-said-the-next-big-thing-was-prompt-engineering.png

The thing is ChatGPT and other AI's just keep getting smarter and don't need complex prompts. They used to, but now they don't as much:

ChatGPT 2: Needed extensive and specific prompts ChatGPT 3: Needed little prompting, but more prompting makes it better. ChatGPT 5: Needs very little prompting.

Now, just a very simple input can get a very complex output without giving it complex instructions.

Now of course it's helpful to be able to fine-tune your prompts if you need something specific, but that's still generally very simple with plain language inputs.

Interesting:

More entrepreneurs are not raising VC funding and have just ONE founder:

When I started entrepreneurship around the year 2000, to start a company on the web you literally had to buy servers and then you had to find someone who knows how to link up those servers and get those servers running on lots of power and link it to high-speed internet. That was just to get a big website running!

Now you if you want to start a website no matter how much traffic you get you just have an Amazon AWS account or something similar and start right away.

With the rise of AI, you don't even have to be a really great programmer to develop a product anymore. You just have to be mid-level technical and you can start shipping products.

Overall, the barrier to starting a startup, especially online, is reduced exponentially over the last 10 years with the rise of all these cool technologies.

I randomly did a quick trip to hangout with some buddies in New York.

First, I set next to a dog on the flight....always fun 🙂

I hung out with my buddy Sam and some other fam:

We walked around and looked at a bunch of cool architecture buildings in NYC including old banks, buildings, and the Ralph Lauren store:

Met up with some buddies:

It's fun doing quick trips to see friends!

Essay:

I use these 3 simple calendars to run my whole life (watch video):

I manage all of them through GoHighLevel to send a calendar links, collect payment (in some cases), and track them as leads.

1.) The "Consulting" Calendar

This is a a calendar that lets people book a paid consulting call (how it looks).

If someone needs some quick work done, advice, or wants to talk about a larger project I send them this.

2.) The "Let’s Have A Phone Call!” Calendar

This is a calendar to meet new friends over the internet, or just jump on a quick call.

I send this all the time to people I interact with online, or if a friend wants to have a quick call.

 3.) The "Personal Hangout" Calendar

This is a calendar to hangout with friends in person, or for people coming into town.

Just scheduling a time with friends is hard since people have work and kids and travel...so having a calendar to help get rid of the scheduling component is so helpful!

Splurge:

I was trying to think about purchases I made that have totally been worth it....and I keep coming back to last year I bought a Tesla Model X:

I mean there's a ton of things I love about the car, but the absolute banger feature is still:

It

freaking

drives

itself!!

Me and wife live in Austin, and both our families live in Houston. So we go back-n-forth a ton to see family.

It's about a 2.5 hour drive each way, PLUS we do lots of driving within Houston when we're there, and everything is Houston is a bit of a drive.

The self driving takes me door-to-door without having to touch a pedal or steering wheel (unless I want).

It massively reduces the fatigue from driving, especially in boring-soul-sucking-traffic.

I also just feel safer with it.

Also I'm WAY more likely to say yes to going somewhere even during traffic hour because I don't have to drive.

The crazy thing is even the Model 3 and Model Y's do this. Just get in the car, enter a destination, and it takes you the whole way.

So cool!

Sincerely,
Neville Medhora
