This is a pretty clever billboard because a lot of people know some random real estate agent in their family and wanna give them the business (which isn't necessarily bad).
I've seen this happen a lot where a distant family member who is a realtor tries to get all the family business, but sometimes someone doesn't want to list or buy through them because they don't have a lot of experience!
Wisdom:
This graphic shows the key difference between a strategy and a plan.
Strategy = High level of how you win long-term.
Plan = Short-term roadmap and specific steps.

The overwhelmingly large part of TV is just sports. Almost no other major form of television is popular besides that.

Way too many people have this false impression that poverty is something that's CAUSED, when in fact it's the root state of every animal and every human!
If you look at a human ten thousand years ago born in a cave, they really didn't have anything. That default state is now what we call poverty.
It's constantly looking for your next meal. It's constantly not knowing if you're safe. It's constantly trying to survive.
A better mindset to have is:
"What causes prosperity?”
"How can I be valuable to society so it gives me money?"
