What a fun piece of product packaging this is:

I saw this "grenade" hot sauce and it really stood out at the store!
It's clever packaging made it really stand in this spices section:

This packaging elevates this from a regular hot sauce, to a potential gift....increasing the "surface area" of people who'd buy it!
Wisdom:
Look at this delicious food pic:

I don't remember where I found this image, but it was titled: "Optimal eating for no brain fog"
It shows what a solid diet looks like that produces little to no brain fog from heavy carbs.
I totally agree with this.
If I eat steak, eggs, meat, fruit I rarely feel bad (I don't know about the cheese though....I love cheese and overeat it, so I try to avoid).
Interesting:
Check out this small little podcast setup (sorry for low resolution picture):

This is Lex Fridman's podcast studio, where out of a single room in Austin, TX he runs one of the world's largest podcasts
With surprisingly little equipment and some hard work, you can theoretically get more viewership/listenership than major broadcasting companies!
It takes surprisingly little equipment to do this:
Microphones: Lex utilizes the Shure SM7B dynamic microphones, known for their warm and clear sound, making them a popular choice among podcasters.
Audio Interface: To connect his XLR microphones to his recording setup, he employs the Focusrite Scarlett series audio interface, which converts analog signals to digital.
Portable Recorder: For mobile recording sessions, Lex uses the Zoom H4n recorder, a reliable device for capturing high-quality audio on the go.
Mic Preamp: A Cloudlifter CL-1 is included in his setup to provide additional clean gain to the microphones, ensuring optimal audio levels.
Cameras: Lex's video recordings are captured using Sony a6400 mirrorless cameras, which offer excellent image quality and are well-suited for podcasting setups.
Boom Arm: The RODE PSA1 professional studio boom arm is used to position the microphones conveniently and reduce desk noise.
The funny thing is when I moved into my current house, I turned a 13' by 14' spare bedroom into a podcast studio:
How it started:

Early setup:

V1 setup:

V2 setup (current):

However I now actually prefer to go into a professional studio to record podcasts!
I found out that having a producer over for hours, a guest over....ended up being wayyyyy too busy, and it would be like 6 hours of hanging out and goofing around.
Whereas when I go to a professional studio I'm in-and-out and they handle everything without a million people coming over to my house.
Picture:
I had some buddies over this weekend and we hung out and chatted about stuff:

We were all chatting and hanging:

Then we went to a little event:

It's cool to have friends over and hang, it's the most fun thing :)

This is a list from Y Combinator showing startups they want to invest in the summer of 2025:

They include:
1. Full-Stack Al Startups
Why sell Al tools when you can build an entire business around them? Think Al-powered law firms or clinics that outpace traditional ones.
2. Designers as Founders
Designers, it's your time to shine! Use your eye for detail and user empathy to launch startups that people love to use.
3. Voice Al Revolution
Tired of robotic phone menus? Create Al that handles customer calls so naturally, people won't know it's not human.
4. Al in Scientific Research
Bring Al to the lab bench. Help scientists accelerate discoveries in chemistry, biology, and materials science with smarter tools.
5. Al Personal Assistants
Turn to-do lists into done lists. Build Al that doesn't just remind you but actually completes tasks on your behalf.
6. Al for Government Automation
Help governments save money and time by automating paperwork and processes with Al solutions.
7. Public Safety Tech
Develop tools like smart cameras and data systems that assist law enforcement in solving crimes more efficiently.
8. Next-Gen Manufacturing
Reimagine factories with automation and robotics, making manufacturing faster, cheaper, and closer to home.
9. Stablecoin Infrastructure
Build the backend systems that enable businesses and banks to use digital currencies seamlessly
10. LLMs for Chip Design
Use Al to design better, more efficient computer chips, speeding up innovation in hardware.
11. Al-First Fintech
Create financial tools powered by Al that offer smarter budgeting, investing, and lending solutions.
12. Space Infrastructure Startups
As space becomes more accessible, develop the logistics and support systems that make satellite launches routine.
13. Al-Aided Engineering Tools
Design intuitive engineering software that leverages Al to simplify complex tasks for professionals.
14. Empowering Non-Al Jobs
Focus on building tools that enhance jobs Al can't replace, supporting roles that require a human touch.
Here's some takeaways Greg Isenberg has about these:

Splurge:
Sometime in the next few year, it seems obvious that more and more people will be in self-driving cars, if for ANY reason other than safety:

Sorted out by year this is the percentage of cars that get in traffic accidents while:
- Normal driving (highest)
- Driving in a Tesla (medium)
- Driving on Tesla Autopilot (lowest)
I see this as being completely true. Anytime I miss a turn, or get in some sort of close call incident, it's because I am deciding to drive and not letting my Tesla FSD drive.
Making mistakes on the road seems very human, and in the next 5 years it seems like an increasing delta of people will be driven rather than driving.
Hope you enjoyed! Neville Medhora
