Most companies are actually started by people in their 40s

Because of some notable exceptions, like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk, many people think that most successful companies are started by people in their very young twenties or even earlier. However, statistically, most really big companies are started by people in their forties. You just don't hear about it because it's not that much of a news story.
