More entrepreneurs are not raising VC funding and have just one founder

This is a super cool trend showing that since the last 10 years, way more people have been starting startups with just one founder and absolutely no venture capital to speak of.
This is really interesting because when I started entrepreneurship around the year 2000, to start a company on the web you literally had to buy servers and then you had to find someone who knows how to link up those servers and get those servers running on lots of power and link it to high-speed internet. That was just to get a big website running.
Nowadays, if you want to start a website no matter how much traffic you get you just have an Amazon AWS account or something similar and start right away. With the rise of AI, you don't even have to be a really great programmer to develop a product anymore. You just have to be mid-level technical and you can start shipping products.
Overall, the barrier to starting a startup, especially online, is reduced exponentially over the last 10 years with the rise of all these cool technologies.
