Jordan has a good point that most communities are just glorified content libraries. They just have a bunch of courses you randomly poke through, and that videos or Slacks are not real communities.

Instead real communities:

• Create belonging

• Accountability

• Momentum 

This is often accomplished through:

• Live calls

• Actionable challenges

• Peer feedback loops
