A sign of fat loss is being hungry. Instead complaining about it, be friends with it.

 I once heard a quote that your belly should be:

  • 1/3 full of food

  • 1/3 full of water

  • 1/3 full of air

This means that you should be a little bit hungry. If you're trying to lose weight, you shouldn't always be full. It's okay to be slightly hungry. 


My buddy Adam Gilbert from My Body Tutor always says, "Are you third-world starving or are you just sort of hungry? Know the difference."
